Lack of Knowledge of company procedures

I had a call from Lenmed hospital stating that there is an amount that is payable by me for a CT scan that was done on my child in casualty, with all that happened i was advised that discovery requires the Dr notes and a motivational letter from the doctor so that they can process the details... i have numerous phone calls and reference numbers from Discovery with all different stories as to what the procedure will be, i find it disgusting that a large Corporate such as discovery to give a customer a run around since 20May 2013 to date... if you have a listen to all the recordings on the reference numbers you will listen to all the different stories i was given... brandon 2711089967, 2866820834...
