I was admitted to hospital after receiving authorization from Discovery on the 13th November 2013.The doctors were paid and the scan was also paid by the medical aid during my stay. However Discovery refuses to pay my hospital admission, the reason being that i was operated which is not true. The doctor and the hospital did send a motivation letter with proof stating that i was never operated but Discovery still wont pay my hospital admission. What is more shocking the year before i was operated by Discovery paid everything, this is poor service after being with Discovery for 13 years.
