Discovery never followed up and made me inactive

I've been with Discovery now for almost 3years!! The payment use to go through my old company's bank account and then it got deducted from our pay slips. I changed to another company and I had to change the account to my personal account. I did all the paper work and then my previous company had to send the papers to Discovery with all my banking details and my new personal details. The company never did send the papers and Discovery never phoned the company to follow up with them and almost 2 months later I had to find out when I went to my doctor that I'm not an active client anymore!!! And just after that where I use to pay R83 for my gym cause I'm on Vitality a debit order went off over R400 cause my Vitality is also cancelled and I lost all my points... Discovery seriously could have phoned my previous company and told them they are waiting for paper work cause they could not get hold of me cause my details was not send through. Before that I owed Discovery R250.60 and the first lady I spoke to said if I pay that I will be an active member again... I will never again do any business with Discovery again!!!
