Saddened by Momentum's not my problem attitude

I am saddened by the way Momentum are behaving. You are unfeeling, abdicate your responsibility & have absolutely no respect for individuals already on chronic medication.

I refer to my latest comms with Momentum 'customer services' who obviously are reading responses from a book & cannot think for themselves or hear the client - that is me - with whom you Momentum have a contract with & whom is paying a negotiated fee for the service you supply.

This contract for chronic meds is between you Momentum & me the customer. It is not between the doctor who prescribes the meds or the pharmacist who dispenses the medication as per script from the doctor. Therefore the onus is on you as a party to this contract to let me know you are changing the prescription & to hear what the doctor is saying if you wish to change. Neither of these things your customer service centre or chronic meds seem capable of doing. Unfortunately that is why I have resorted to contacting you through Hello Peter as I might just be able to speak to someone who will listen & provide a valid reason.
