Sales Rep not Qualified

My Daughter Leanke Nikles went through these agents and believing that they new what product they are selling to my daugter, as she was honest with filling in her applicatiom form with the Medical Aid and being on the Medical Aid with for 5months, she fell ill and needed an operation, the Medical aid did not aprove the surgery, as per them she needs to be on the Medical Aid for at least 1year before she can claim any benefits! What is the point of having medical aid??? She has been in pain for 2weeks and have been sent from pillar to post. She is so desperate that she has now ended up in a state hospital!!! Does this seem fair for someone that believed they where covered and has medical aid, and now is waiting in a State Hospital to be helped, and maybe just to be sent back with tablets and in excrusiating pain and risking septesemia???
