Momentum Chronic Billing incompetant

It is now 3 years i have the same complaint.
Momentum keep paying for chronic claims from the medical savings account instead of from the chronic benefit.
Last year i logged the same complaint on hellopeter and now have to do so again.
I am now considering switching medical aids.
