I have had my Momentum Scheme for 1 year and 9 months now. I took this medical scheme for it's UNLIMITED chronic benefits as I have been diagnosed with a chronic disease. I saw Momentum having one of the best schemes for coverage for a chronic diseasem but yet, this is not true.

I was penalised for 12 months due to my condition being a pre-existing condition which I understood and I took upon paying for everything myself for the 1st year however since I am able to claim for my condition I am receiving LITTLE to NO coverage for my chronic benefits.

When I receive my claim statement, all my chronic benefits seem to be paid out of my medical savings account which is exhausted because they are not covering me for my chronic benefits from my chronic account! I have always ensured that my debit order can be paid every month for my scheme but yet still no server or payment! And when there is payment, it's from my savings account!

I requested to be contacted last week Friday 21/06 but have still not been called, I am tired of waiting around for a company that doesn't provide service at all! I pay my premiums, I want my service and assistance that is due to me!

Disappointed!!!
