Reduced benefits on the Primary care network

Hi

I would just like to express my dissatisfaction at the quality of the cover afforded by Momentums Primary care network as opposed to being on the carecross option:

1. With carecross I never had to pay in for the optometry benefit, While momentum says they cover a standard test, frame and lenses, they don't, you have to pay in.
2. Their provider network is so restricted, with Carecross I had so many provider options.
3. The chronic benefit has been reduced, my asthma medication that carecross supplied Momentum doesn't. Also Carecross covered my Allergic rhinitis as a chronic condition and Momentum doesn't want to, and yes Carecross had Allergic rhinitis as a chronic condition as well as a few other non-PMB conditions, (Debbie go do your homework before you say that it was from the acute benefit refer to my complaint on the 29 October 2012) so now after a year I have to start paying for this benefit? I find this highly unfair.

please address these issues.
