I'VE CHANGED PLANS FROM ACCESS TO INCENTIVE OPTION DUE TO BAD SERVICE AND COSTLY EXPENSES I'VE MET MY BROKER ONCE. I SUFFER FROM A CHRONIC ILLNESS.. I HAVE BILLS POPPING UP FOR PROCEDURES AND EMERGENCY PROCEDURE THAT WASNT COVERED BY THE MEDICAL AID OPTION. I'VE SPENT AT LEAST ABOUT 60K THE LAST FOR YEARS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET EITHER CODES, CONSULTATION FEES... DAY TO DAY BENEFITS, CO PAYMENTS ETC ETC. PAYING A LOT OF MONEY EVERY MONTH AND STILL NO BROKER... THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! ONE OF CHRONIC MEDICATIONS THAT WAS COVERED STILL A YEAR AGO IS ALL OF A SUDDEN FOR MY OWN ACCOUNT!!! I SHOULD'VE STAYED WITH OLD MUTUAL WITH ALL THE BENEFITS AT A FRACTION OF THE PRICE THAT I'M CURRENTLY PAYING!!!
