BOUGHT ART WITH CASH CHEQUES WITH NO MONEY

Dr Pitso agreed to pay with pod cheques for art that he bought from Unathi Art. The cheques is made out CASH from February 2013 up until January 2014 in the amount of R13 300 each. The first three cheques were declined and with a lot of trouble, begging and a totally different person from the one who bought the art from our ex partner we drove 300km to pick up the money of which he also paid in two payments. After numerous calls and messages we tried to let dr Pitso understand that he can't keep on doing this. With reference to our invoices stating that the art stays the property of Unathi Art until fully paid we want to take back the ones that is not paid after which he said we can try to do it with the police. We would highly appreciate it if he would be so kind to pay the next three cheques which were declined AGAIN as well as the outstanding amount up until January 2014 and if not arrange with us to hand over the artwork which payments are still outstanding. We phoned the policestation in Marble Hall which recommend that we open a case at Court against Dr Pitso (our costs) and time.
