I was disgusted after visiting a friend from out of town at The Celtis Manor. The owner treated us with utter disrespect and made me feel like an intruder and completely unwelcome. Her tantrums and unwillingness to assist was horrifying. I will spread the word and will make sure that the Tourism Grading Counsil is informed of this and they need to relook her grading.
