I am trying my best to pay you!!!

4 Jul I cxl my Discovery Health membership. 9 Jul Jacob Malatji confirmed on ref 2921227427 & said mbr debt would contact me to settle my MSA. 11 Jul I followed up as no contact from DH. 12 Jul Petra Pretorius responded saying that I used a different email add to contact DH than what is on system. I responded saying I checked my details online & all is correct, so not sure what she's seeing. 13 July Nniki Masilo apologised for inconvenience & confirmed on ref 2927139999 that settlement dept would contact me. 22 Jul email from Tarryn George trying to conserve my membership. 23 Jul email received advising me to make up the necessary VA gym visits (for a membership that should be cxl??) 24 Jul I asked Tarryn to help me sort this out. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE AT DISCOVERY! I am trying to PAY YOU the money I owe you!!! Can someone from whichever is the right department PLEASE contact me via email (not telephone as I am overseas) and arrange for payment. I specified to Tarryn how payment should be taken and I would REALLY like to sort this out.
