WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL MEANS SOMETHING

I have been a member of Fedhealth Medical Scheme since 2008 - and throughout the years; and through numerous illnesses; tests and delivery of two children via C-section; I can honestly say I am very impressed.

Whether it's calling the contact centre for information on benefits or accounts or providors details; or its an email enquiry; or it's dealing with a bad month where a payment needs to be arranged - Fedhealth has been there for me. The staff I have dealt with in the numerous departments have always been curteous and helpful and most go out of their way to find all the information you are looking for - even offering related information that might be of consequence without being asked. Just today again a very helpful Nombusa assisted me with general queries.

Claims are processed quickly and efficiently and I can say that on the occassions I have had to be hospitalized there was never any hassle with Fedhealth authorising it.

I love Fedhealth and all the charming people who work there - and the affiliated providors (especially at Panorama Medi-Clinic) are totally outstanding. Here is to a positive review. Keep up the service excellence!
