Will NOT pay for Discovery's mistakes

In 2011 I had a procedure done in the Dr's rooms and the account was sent to Discovery. They paid the full amount to me and I paid the Dr. All was settled at the time. Now in April 2013 I receive a letter stating that we owe a reversal charge on the same account. This comes almost 2 yrs later with no prior communication&we are told that the Dr charged incorrectly. So why didn't they pick this up initially when they happily paid the account without any problem? Why should I have to pay for THEIR mistake? We also downgraded our plan in mid 2012 and asked that it be backdated to May 1, only to have our full plan premium debited not only for May but also for June 2012? A Discovery consultant confirmed our request and said that we should be refunded for the extra amount debited. Another request was sent a yr ago to debit the amount owing for medical saving used before our downgrade&this was ignored. Without prior knowledge of this, we were now sent the bill and may I repeat a year later! This is unacceptable and Discovery consultants fail to give us clear answers. I don't think we should pay for Discovery's lack of communication and competence in this matter. We want it sorted
