THANK YOU FOR HANDING ME OVER WITHOUT WARNING

I resigned from my Discovery Health membership and joined my partners memebership (also with Discovery Health). When I resigned, I acknowledge that I had to repay Discovery Health an amount owing as a result of an over-spend on my Medical Savings Account (R1900 and some odd rands). I asked that I be contacted to make a payment arrangement, which no-one ever bothered to do. I enede paying a fixed amount back to Discovery Health every month. On 12 November 2013 and out of the blue, I receive and SMS from a lawyers firm to inform me that I have been handed over as a bad payer effective the 7th of November. I contacted the debt solutions department immediately after that and advised them that I have been making regular payments. I was told that the Lawyers firm would be informed of the payment arrangment straight away.

What frustrates me about the whole situation is that I was handed over without warning. When I joined Disocvery Health I indicated that my preferred method of communication would be e-mail. They could use my e-mail to market new s*&t, but no warning of the handing over - if they had I would've settled the account. Bo no calls, no e-mails - NOTHING!!!
