Poor customer service & unable to supply product

My husband and I have been trying to sign up with Vitality mobile for the past month. I am a loyal discovery customer and was attracted by this product. We are trying to signup for two Sony Experia Go smartphones on contract. We are constantly told that there is no stock. However every encounter with the callcentre personnel leads to no resolution. How can you advertise a product and never have stock available? Vitality mobile tried to make amends by asking us to sign up with any Cell C franchise and they would thereafter migrate us to Vitality mobile. Why should have to go through this additional hassle? Vitality mobile should be able to supply the product they are advertising and improve the turnaround time! Resolution: Source the phones for us
