I have logged my complaint to HelloPeter a while ago. Discovery Health contacted me and can not provide me with the claims that they had submitted for payments (every time it has been declined according to Danita de Witt at Discovery Health). Mr Ashraf Mahommed who was supposed to assist me personally all of a sudden resigned - and nobody else even follow up this case, nor contacted me. Mr Ashraf informed me that he will take care of it in 2011. My point is if Discovery informed me in 2011 already there is NO way that they can assist me - this account could be sorted out in a way of paying it off in months. Surely a Medical Aid should have alternative ways to deal with suppliers, although your account is depleted! Now 2 years later the Dr handed me over. Discovery Health could at least offer to settle this old account and the legal fees so far. Should I do not receive any joy from them - who can assist me?
