Failure to refund, it's 4 months now

At the Boksburg Clinic, a doctor prescribed treatment for me after a test which made feel drowsy and my high blood rose. I then decided to cancel the order for treatment due to my reaction to the test. I had paid R2000 for treatment and because I had cancelled the order within 24 hours, I expected a full refund within a month or so. It is now over 4 months since the transaction and I keep getting stories from the Boksburg branch. One of the excuses I got was the person responsible for refunds is on leave and they will call me as soon as he is back. I end up calling them and they then promise to call me back which never happens. I cannot let go, where can you get R2000 for free? I will not let this go. I ask myself where was I going from the start!
