WEDDING RING broken claw the 3rd time in 33 months

My husband bought me a wedding ring at Galaxy. Co at Canal Walk branch 2011/12/26 with a lifetime guarantee. (Product Reference: RZ541-6 / 0.24ct) On the back of the original receipt, one of the offers was that diamond jewelry can be traded in and the original purchase price will be credited against the new purchase. The claw of this ring has broken three times. The previous two times, my request for a voucher was denied and the ring was repaired in six to eight weeks. The second time after the repair, I could clearly see that the one claw was larger than the other but I was so happy to have my ring back that I accepted it without complaining. During this process Kim Adriaanse answered my email on 8 October 2012 stating that should the ring brake again, I will be granted the opportunity to choose another ring for the same amount of the original purchase price at the Century City branch. This time around, I am requested to send in my ring, wait another six to eight weeks and a new ring will be made for me. This is a raw deal. Kim Adriaanse does not keep her promise that the choice will be mine and why do I have to wait another two months? This is not acceptable. I want a voucher.
