Poor Craftsmanship

I took my ring into JJ Jewellers a couple of weeks ago, to have claws rebuild around my center stone. When I went to collect my ring it looked beautiful with the naked eye but after closer inspection with the Loop, I realized that the one claw was not touching the diamond.(My diamond at this stage still looked fine). I was too scared to loose my diamond, so I didn't wear it. I asked my husband to return the ring, so that they could secure the claw. After the ring came back from JJ Jewellers the second time, it looked dull and damaged. The claw that I requested they secure, was still not in place. I didn't wear my ring and took it back to JJ Jewellers again. The owner contacted me later to inform me that they will not be able to work on my ring because they were scarred of breaking the diamond... He told me that it could not be their fault as they have extremely good setters. He also consulted with a diamond cutter and he confirmed. If the setters were so good, I would not have had to return 3 times for the same thing, I feel tricked and disappointed. I will now have to carry a double expense and take my ring to reputable jeweler to replace my diamond and to secure the claw properly.
