Pathetic Service from a Top Medical Aid

On 01st July contacted Discovery advising that my maternity bundle was depleted and claim for Doc was not covered. I was advised that there was a previous auth and my new one was not over riding it. I had suffered a miscarriage last year.

On 08th July contacted Discovery again and the matter had still not been handled, I was advised it was a system error.

I have had 2 claims rejected and the matter it still not sorted due to a system issue. I'm almost 32 weeks pregnant and fighting with a medical aid who is not doing a thing but take my money monthly and not provide me with a service which is part of my benefit.

I have another appointment on 05 August and cannot wait to hear my Doc say my account is overdue. Not very professional. Even the medical aid mailed my Doc today after calling AGAIN to apologize and advise on their system problem.

DISCOVERY ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM, SORT THIS MATTER OUT. NEXT WEEK WILL BE A MONTH. THIS IS BEYOND PATHETIC FOR SUCH A "TOP MEDICAL AID".

I mailed the service desk as that was the best way of communicating my problem, yes, its not a query anymore but a PROBLEM. I have completely lost faith and I'm disgusted.
