No feedback and inability to manage bookings

I have booked a room at Sunsquare at suncoast casino and entertainment world from 2013/12/16 to 2013/12/19 for my birthday on 2013/12/17. I reserved a room using the booking function on the website. I then decided to extend my stay. When I tried to manage and pay for my booking from the website, I attempted to pay via EFT. I tried the first time and filled in all my banking details and completed the process as far as I could see. When I checked my booking again, nothing had changed. The dates were the same and it was not payed for. I tried again but the rooms I had wanted were taken in mere minutes. So I took tried another type of room but got the same result! Now I don't know if my payment went through or if my booking still exists! The last thing I want to do is fly to Durban and have no accomodation. What kind of service is this!? Its the first time I'm booking or trying to book into a southern/ tsogo sun hotel and I think it might be my last!
