I submitted a claim with GEMS for an amount of R 550.00, GEMS paid the money in May in the wrong bank account. I was told to submit a copy of my ID, bank statement and my bank statement would have also served as my proof of residence. For almost a month I got told that GEMS has never received my documents, on the 19th of June 2013 GEMS confirmes that they have finally received my documents after a month of them denying receipt. Today is the 22nd of July I have never been refunded and when you phone in all call centre agents tell me the delay is with the membership department and my banking details have never been updated. Somebody please do something and fast!
