GEMS
Claim unpaid for 13 months!

GEMS is stalling the payment of a claim for services rendered by Kloof Mediclinic hospital on 05 December 2011. GEMS approved the claim, but is not getting so far as to actually settle it. I have lodged a complaint at the Council For Medical Schemes, but I am still not getting any coorporation from GEMS on this issue.
