GEMS simply don't give a KCUF!!

At 1st the service by gems were remarkable! Even outstanding! But something went horribly wrong! At the moment Gems is a non-responsive institution! They simply don't respond to any queries or their staff don't have a clue about the products that they themselves have available! Gems became just another victim of the BeE principle! Its all dekcuf pu!! Literally! And there is really no customer care Dept! Please. Please please help
