The correspondence below is regarding a claim of 18 Dec 2012. My reference number is mh49859606. I am still awaiting Derick Smit, Anthonie Barman, Lucialia, Vilet and Mpo to get back to me regarding the claim from SpecSavers.
SpecSavers phoned GEMS on 18/12/2012 to confirm benefits for me and my wife. GEMS told them there are benefits available fr the both of us. They received reference number mh4873382.
SpecSavers have given me an affidavit (which I have forwarded to you) which states that GEMS have informed them that there are benifits available for me and my wife.
All the GEMS members mentioned above told me that they have to listen to the recording of the conversation between GEMS and SpecSavers on the 18/12 before they can inform me who was wrong in telling me that benefits are available. Till this date none of these people could confirm on a GEMS letterhead that GEMS did not inform SpecSavers taht benefits for me and my wife are avaialble. I have requested this documents and a copy of the recording of abovementioned recording on numerous times, but GEMS prefers to ignore requests from their clients.
Is this to cover up their mistakes?
