Member of GEMS paid doctors (neurologist and gyneacologist). Claims were sent via email to GEMS on 6 June 2013 (address supplied by them: enquiries@gems.gov.za). Sent through second time as "it was not received" the first time. Received confirmation from GEMS that they have received it on 25 July 2013. Still not processed. After I called again on 13 August, I was informed to send the claims AGAIN as their email address was not operational.??? (although I have received the confirmation). The claims will expire on 18 August 2013... It looks as if it is too convenient to claim technological incapabilities, whilest they are waiting for the 18th of August. Incompetent call centre assistance. I really hope the calls were recorded.
