Gems: Pathetic Service

On 2/8/2013 08:54 am I submitted a claim for services paid directly to service provider (DJ Koegelenberg Inc). On 2/8/2013 08:58am I received confirmation from Enquiries12@gems.gov.za. Nothing happened. On 9/9/2013 09:47am I requested complaints@gems.gov.za to investigate. Acknowledgement was received on 9/9/2013 09:50 am. Nothing happened. I followed up telephonically on 11/9/2013 and were requested to email relevant documentation to [Email Removed] Nothing happened. I phoned on 13/9/2013 and gems undertook to process. Nothing happened. I followed up telephonically on 18/10/2013: Two calls were made and in both cases were eventually cut off... How do we communicate with Gems??? Your service is PATHETIC!!!
