At 09:42 had a miscall from 021 9186577 with no message left when returning the call 12:45 I mentioned that I had a miscall from the mentioned number the lady answering more than once asked who I wish to speak to. I replied that I was not sure who called she then said" your at Discovery do you know this" I replied that I did and am returning a call. She then hung up on me. Phoning again at 12:53 she said to me that " I am stupid" and ended the call. At 12:58 I phone back to ask who her immediate Supervisor and/or teamleader was and she hung up again. At 13:08 my PA phoned hoping to have more assistance she was told that she is"a hoerkind". My PA was also told that " ou man wat op my skree"

All attempts has been made to have the information of her Supervisor/Manager but to no avail. Unless false information was deliberately given the following names were mentioned during the conversation. Anastasia/Mari/Anel (Consultant).

This is unbecoming of a big organization and should be brought under Managements attention. I am a Professional Business Manager and if this should have happened in my Company I would have wanted to know about it and act accordingly.
