Discovery Health cheque bounces. No funds??

Received a cheque for R303-10 from Discovery. Deposited into my account. Bank informed me that cheque was cancelled and I must pay R95-00 for unpaid cheque. Faxed and e-mailed proof. Started contacting medical aid from 5 September. Ref No, 3050530518, 3051155651, 3051155856, 3051156487, 3051156803, 3051293252, 685431957, 3056754914, 686955113, 3066326124, 3066327060, 3066327511, 3052746729. to 8 November.
I keep getting told that they are waiting for Sanvir Singh from finance to come back to them. Called on 08-11-13 14h15 spoke to Kagiso, said hold. After 10 min put down. Called at 14h25, spoke to Marisa, said hold, told her NO, please find out and call back, told me she cannot do that. Held on for 5 min, she came back to say that I must fax bank statement. Told her they already have that and wanted to know who is is getting this information from. Told me ehr supervisor, I asked to speak to her she said no. Asked for my number and promiosed to call me first thing today. (Then suddenly she can call? Have had no reply.
