Riverside Cottage Clinic
Sarcastic attitude

I had called the Riverside Cottage Clinic to query about a charge on my Medical Aid. I had gotten a prescription for Triphasil and was surprised that there was a charge for it when I went to collect it at a Clicks Pharmacy, especially when it is free at the Vitacare pharmacy in Riverside Mall. Hence the call to the doctor's office to find out it this normal.

Dr Jenkins, instead of being helpful was rude and condescending and hinted at wanting to charge me for the telephone call as well.

The service at Riverside Clinic is usually nice, but his attitude was pathetic for someone in a professional environment.
