Harrassment by a mentally unstable man at a mall

I am a medical doctor and on the 19th of January 2014, I was at the mall with my family when a man approached us to sell products he had no clue of its efficacy and dynamics. Upon rebuffing his approach, he became angry and started swearing at me in public. To my suprise the Fidelity security personnel were not far off, but they did not do anything till I had to call on them to act. They responded to my request by telling me that they know the man is unstable and even went as far as addressing him by name. This is entirely wrong that they did not act and even when they did, they just let him continue walking about in the mall. Further to my request to speak to the center manager or anybody on standby, they did not assist any much further than to talk to someone on their walkie-talkies!

Riverside Mall in Nelspruit need to come up and address this as it was embarassing to me as a professional to be insulted in such a manner!
