No response from discovery

I had an acute emergency for cholecytectamy and Discovery gave me authorization and 3 days later they withdrew the authorization, they left me no choice but to go to a state hospital for the operation. I have sent numerous emails to Discovery with no response. They claim they withdrew their authorization because I'm obese. Now while I am overweight NOWHERE in my contract does it give a list of conditions that if you have them and are obese Discovery will not pay
