Medi Clinic Kathu is pathetic!

My 2 year old daughter fell last night (06 Nov 2013) and had a HUGE bump on her head. I rushed her to our "ER" at the Medi-Clinic Kathu but when I arrived there was no one around. I had to walk around for 5 minutes and when I eventually found someone I had to hear that there is no doctor on duty. Apparently the doctor only gets called out for "real" emergencies. I do not blame the nurse on duty. She was very nice and very apologetic about the doctor not being there, but I don't think that's her fault. She checked my daughter's vitals and told me to come back if she has any symptoms like vomiting etc. They didn't charge me to check her vitals but I would have been MORE than happy to pay the ZAR 964.00 or whatever the amount is now to have a DOCTOR check her out and make 100% sure... otherwise I would have stayed at home and nursed my child myself. Pathetic!! Please change your name to NO-Clinic!!
