Rude and bad custiomer service

I am so disappointed in the lady that phoned me yesterday, my family has been going there for many years now, we wanted to book a weekend on the 25th to come and see the sights as we wanted to book for our wedding for 42 people accommodation, in October, When I said I don't want to pay that much can she tell me when the ski season is over she didn't want to assist me, we would have loved to come on another weekend but then she rudely said I can phone her for more information and she put the phone down. Disrespectful. I am sure I will never recommend you and I will let my family know that you are rude and don't care about customer service.

I will definitely make a complaint and comment on the other websites about you. I am not sure what the lady's name is but probably Dawn because the lady who phoned me said that she sent the email.

This is up to you how you want to handle it. It will really reflect on what kind of people gets to run this place.
