Eddies in Clarens has the worst ever manager/owne

I phoned around Clarens to get 1 nights accommodation for my parents that would travel to the coast. My father had an unplanned operation so they wanted to make a stop over in Clarens. The next door nabour refered me to Eddies Guest house because they were full. I spoke to Dawn there which said she could help, I said to her my father had an operation so the ground floor unit will be fine. I said i will SMS her my email so she can send the directions and invoice which she was happy with. SHE phoned me later to say she has send it and also want to move my parents to a nicer unit with view but there is 8 easy stairs to climb with a hand rail.. I said it is not alot so should be ok for him. During the early hours of Saturday morning, I got news that my father turned for the worst, they could not travel. at 08:21 that morning I send Dawn an SMS to notify her about the problem. At 1:05 Dawn phoned to confirmed they are coming, so I said I did send SMS, she did not give me a gap to talk, told me what a bad person I am, and then said bye. She send threatened smse to me and another mail saying what bad people we r, also said I will be blacklisted at all guesthouses, this over R440! BAD BAD
