I have a few service Complaints that is not getting resolved, phoned the Call centre again to speak to a manager in the hope to get some answers as this is now two weeks waiting and only getting the run around. Operator said she will get manager so i wait comes back and says the manager is reveiwing my request and i wait, then comes back the manager says this that and the other, so my question cant the manager speak for themselves I mean Really.
The service is really not good and the fact that so called management is to good to speak to their customers because that is what i am if you have not realised it by now is maybe an indication of the service levels. I pay more for my medical aid than what i pay on my bond i think i deserve at least an average service.
