MTN does not care tpo rectify their mistakes

I discovered that MTN is billing me for services I did not agree to. I asked for a recon numerous times with no avail. I asked for all my invoices since conception of my contract - i must pay for the invoices to do a recon where MTN has robbed me by over charging. Calling the call centre going through an dagenyt and then the Super Visor and then only can you speak to the manager! If the manager is not in you as a client must call the next day. YOU CANNOT SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT! The call centre manager Thieran Naidoo does not report to anybody! You can only speak to HIM! I feel so robbed and powerless by MTN's lack of communication and their BIG BROTHER attitude of "take it as it is it is from us"! MTN please look at your mess up! Please apologise and credit me with the money you robbed me with! PLEASE OPEN YOUR LINES to management so that we can have our complaints heard! Just look what Vodacom and Cell C is achieving! I was your customer since you started up in this country!
