Nobody bothering to contact me to resolve my issue

I am on a Classic Saver scheme with Discovery for 2 yrs now. Last year we ran out of medical savings because of a pair of tested glasses purchased which is understandable. But this year we only used our medical aid for trips to the Doctor or hospital itself. Discovery hasn't been paying my accounts and now we are been harassed for payment for blood tests and whatever else they not paying for. Between 2 main members I cannot understand how our savings could be finished. It looks to me like they were not paying from the beginning. To rectify this I forwarded them the emails I received. I never got a reply from them so assumed it was resolved. I just found out I have been handed over because nothing was done. Not even an email or call to explain themselves. On the 25th of June I sent a mail to at least 4 of their official email addresses expressing my concern and requesting assistance but that was also just ignored. It ain't pocket change that we pay for medical aid .. why must we pay for every Dr visit or test on top of that? I should rather save my monthly contributions & pay cash if and when I need to visit a Dr because right now I'm pretty much doing the same. Very disappointed
