Suspended medical aid

Hi my med aid contributiion is 1315 pm and I did have key fit of 39pm which I canceled so last month I call to change my banking details which went off smoothly for 1315 and this month I leave the premuim and you debit 1494 which obviously goes off unpaid so I call the client centr on the 4-07 to ask y and to tell them to debit the friday as I have now added the difference that was short, and again no debit so I call mon speak to mohammed and he assures me that they are gonna debit mon night and he puts a note on the system that the med aid should not be suspended and guess what no debit 2day but there is an email saying ur med aid is suspended now tell me I have called three time for approximatly 70 rand airtym but a company like urs love to take from the middle man why aren't ur staff trained to do the job they get paid for and I told mohammed I will be placing u on hello peter and he assured he is a manager and it will be sorted out my husband is ill and I have had the experience of after mva I was turned away from the hospital as the medical aid was suspended and I had paid but the needed to fax the deposit slip and that hospital refused so is this how u run your company
