I sent this e-mail to Resolution Health and as usual had NO response.

To whom it may concern

I am sick and tired of dealing with your incompetent staff in your finance department.

For the past three months (ever since you started using the new debit order system) you stuffed it up. Instead of correcting your mistakes all you do is suspend our membership. The money goes into your account but yet you still suspend our membership.

The first month we got an sms saying we have been suspended, we then had to call you to find out what was going on, the call centre said the new system did not deduct the money so they suspended us. We logged a complaint with the operator.

The 2nd month the same thing happened and we logged another complaint after having to take time off work to go and sort the payments out at the bank due to your new system.

This month you tried to take a double debit order, the 1st went off but the 2nd order was stopped. You have our payment for this month and yesterday I got yet another sms saying our membership is suspended.

To date not 1 of our complaints have been dealt with.
