WORST SERVICE in Cacao Chocolate Bar in Gateway!

During my recent visit with my friend (indian), to the Cacao Gateway branch on sunday 1 Decmber 2013, the cacao chocolate bar was completely full.
we had been instructed by the staff members to stand outside the store to await a vacant table, and as soon as a vacant table was available we would be given it.
my friend and i, had stood outside a whole 39 minutes!!! and as soon as a "white family" came in, they were given a table???
to our complete dismay and anger, we had approached the staff and asked why this had happened, to which we got the response "we not sure"!!!
and was asked to stand outside and wait again!!! till another table was vacant!!!
we were completely angry and furious and walked out!!
do we still live in a country???
