Waiter and manage

We arrived at spur in kc. we told the host we are looking for seating for 10 people in smoking area. only 6 was present at the time and the other 4 was still on the way. the host did not ask if a child was accommodating us coz we did not know no kids were allowed. went seated the remaining 4 people arrived with a child. the manager did not assist us, for he just told us that a child cannot be in the smoking area and requested the remaining 4 people go stand back in the queue. so the host gave them a table nearby the smoking area which i think the manager should have assisted us. the waiter was not even interested in serving us, for what reason i dont understand. he never came to ask if we enjoyed our drinks or even ask if we were ok. he didnt take any orders for his pen was not working and time and time again came with the wrong drinks. when we ordered food it took them 1-2 hours to bring our food. their was no onion rings coz the ran out but the waiter or manager never informed us, we heard about it from one of the other waiters. the manager never came to us after we had a disscusion about the seating and the child.our bill came to more tha r1000 and i think we deserve a thanx
