Worst service EVER!!!

This happened in Dec its long ago but felt i need to post it., we went to have a great meal and relax, but that was what we thought instead. We got 3 different waiters, when we ordered our drinks it came without glasses!! We requested them to bring glasses, when they finally arrived i sent one back because it was dirty, i never got a new Glass had to drink out the tin!

When we ordered our food the manager had a problem with us requesting the prawns to be de shelled, when our food finally arrived it was ice COLD.

We ate an requested for the bill and manager, when complaining to the manager all he had to say sorry but we are busy!! THIS IS NOT AN EXCUSE, YOU ARE SITUATED IN ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR LOCATIONS, YOUR SERVICE SHOULD BE 100% 24/7!!!
