Waiting period query and debit order collected

I requested to join bonitas however after the indication of a 3month general waiting period I required feedback on wwhy they impose this however they did not response but still went ahead with deducting the money from my account after I have joined another medical scheme without a waiting period. I need to be refunded immediately and this policy should be cancelled as a non starter without any fees.
