Bad Service again!!!

I had a knee replacement 8.5 months ago. Because Discovery is so disorganized and has no respect for their clients, they have no idea of the meaning of service. They have put limits on a number of disciplines and you have to apply for additional benefits. Last year they sent me the wrong forms, didn't keep to their stated deadlines and had no respect for the fact that their clients work and don't have hours to hold on, only to be made empty promises.
I am on their Executive plan, which is their top plan and costs a fortune. As their "allowances" are so low, I have run out of money already. I put in an Application a month ago for extra Physio and Biokinetics. The Physio was approved. When I called to enquire about the Biokinetics, I was told that I had to put a separate cover sheet with each discipline applied for! Why isn't that stated on the application form? I have spoken to numerous people, culminating today in Nathaniel, who again ."I'll email you, so you have one point of communication". "I will call you later to report back". And so they haven't kept their word again!!!
So, where to from here? For my R4000 a month for one person, they play with your life, your health
