Hav2 re-apply 4 vitality becoz middleman messed up

I joined Discovery last year through Verso Health (which is now Cedar Health)
Then in Feb 2013, i got retrenched and had to transfer the health plan debit order from the company i worked for to my personal account, the vitality debit order was going off my personal account at that time.

I filled in all the necessary forms, and was told by the Verso lady that it was all good.

Then i found out about 2 months later that she never supplied the forms to Discovery, which created a 2 month backlog of health plan payments.
I had to now re-apply for a brand new health plan through Cedar Health, but here is the problem, Discovery told Cedar Health i have to re-apply for vitality as well and that im going to lose all my points and also have to re-pay the once off fee for the gym.
This is totally unacceptable as the vitality debit order has been going off my personal account the whole time.

The mistake was made by Verso, and it was out of my hands, why must i now pay more money because they messed up?
