My wife needs chronic medication while pregnant. When we asked for the forms to fill in, we were sent the forms. We sent the forms to the doctor who filled it in. We received the forms we sent it back to Discovery. We told them that it was urgent and was told that it was escalated. Called back on Monday and asked what the progress was. Now were were told that we additional information. Speaking to the consultant on Friday we were not informed of the additional info that we need. We are told that this could take up to 5 days. I don't think discovery understands the work URGENT.My wife and baby's lives are at stake and they don't care. We pay them R3200 a month. For what, now i have to go and fork out an additional R2000 a month for the medication because they don't understand the word URGENT.I find the call centers inefficient. Executive management should play a bigger role in the company. We are not receiving the service that we are paying for. All of this could have been avoided if the consultants knew what to do and what was expected of them and their clients. I blame executive management for the poor service and lack of training. Is something should happen to my family, they will hear from me
