Messed up Accounts Department

Lancets accounts department has phoned me 3 times in the last 4 months saying I owe them money for blood tests done on 26 June 2012. I requested statements via email because clearly the snail mail never reached me. Yesterday a very ill-mannered lady phoned me, yelled at me and hung-up on me just because I yet again requested a statement to see what I owe and for what it was?
I am not a bad debtor - but I can't pay you if I don't have the details or if your staff throws the phone down in my ear. Can a reasonable person please contact me.
