Billed for tests not requested

My husband and I both requested the same set of tests to be done by Lancet - the podiatrist indicated that the tests would be in the region of R400 each. Once the tests were completed my husband's bill (on a separate account) came to roughly R400 whereas mine came to around R770. Fortunately we both went for the same tests and and were able to spot that we had been incorrectly charged (had we not had the comparative bill we may never have know of the incorrect charge). We have since explained this to numerous members of the Lancet accounts department who initially said that the podiatrist must have requested additional tests. The podiatrist has since emailed Lancet stating that no additional tests were requested and that they have charged incorrectly. This has been ongoing for over 3 months and in this time we have received a number of sms's stating that my account will be handed over for collection. We have also received nothing but bad service from all parties involved at the Lancet accounts department and the issue is still not resolved! We just received another threatening sms this morning. How many other customers are being unknowingly overcharged? Can this please be resolved.
